GRADUATION CHECKLIST

 

SEPTEMBER-Career Services checklist for yearly "to dos"  (see below)

 

Student Support Service-graduating students and graduating tutors need to visit SSS offices and complete exit interview and order regalia for graduation.

 

Psychology  majors-candidates for graduation-see advisor and complete exit interview.

 

All graduating seniors-apply for graduation by September 25.  Applications are available in the Registrar's Office A-202

 

International students-candidates for graduation should see Nancy Ellison so she can order appropriate country of origin stoles for graduation ceremony.

 

Music Majors-be sure you have met requirement for concert attendance

 

OCTOBER     -October 1-10 Honors Program Seniors-contact Dr. Kaz regarding completion of program requirements

 

NOVEMBER-Business Division graduates:  Check with division office about ETS Business Exam.

 

DECEMBER -Perkins Loan Exit Interview

                        Dorothy Bolton Conference Rm  2nd floor, Marsh Hall

Dec. 11,13, 15; 9am, 11am, 2pm each day

 

Social Science majors-complete exit interview with division

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16 • COMMENCEMENT, Carter Center, 5 p.m.

 

            All graduates-be sure all financial obligations to the University are paid including parking tickets, alumni loans, business office accounts (such as returned checks), library books and unpaid fines.  No transcripts will be issued for any student with financial obligations to the institution.
