Items 1-8 are directions for establishing and accessing the Concord Student Information System.

  1. Please read all instructions before clicking on this link:
    ELLIE.
  2. User ID is your social security number
  3. PIN is your birth date in 6 digits: DDMMYY.  For example, if you were born on December 25, 1982. Your PIN is 251282.
  4. Click on login
  5. On the next screen you will reassign yourself a new PIN.  You will be told that your PIN is invalid.  Reenter your old pin (birth date in DDMMYY format) and then reassign yourself a new six digit number that you can remember.   It should be a 6 digit number that you can easily remember but is personal to you such as an important date in your life.  It must be a number-no letters.  This PIN will remain in effect until you, the student, decide to change it. THIS IS NOT THE NUMBER YOU RECEIVED FROM YOUR ADVISOR. (If you forget the number you can call the registrar’s office and we will reset your PIN back to the DDMMYY number.) You will be permitted 5 attempts.  If you are unsuccessful in 5 attempts, you will be denied access.  Please call the Registrar’s Office to get your PIN reset.
  6. Click on login
  7. On your initial login, you will be asked a security question.  Please enter a question and an answer such as pet’s name, mother’s maiden name and the answer.  Then click on Submit
  8. Terms of usage.  Click on continue.

Click on Student & Financial Aid

Items 9-11 are for on-line course registration only.  Students may not register on-line for classes until after their first term of enrollment and must get the assigned alternate PIN from the academic advisor.  The number will change every semester.  Registration and changes to the schedule will be limited to the first day your class can register to approximately the last day of the semester.  The deadline is subject to change so modifications to schedules should be made before the last day of class in the current semester.

  1. Click on Registration
  2. Click on Add or Drop Classes.  At this point you will enter the alternate PIN that your advisor has given you.  This is not the first PIN that you entered and changed at the beginning of the process.
  3. Enter CRNs for all courses you wish to register for in the appropriate semester.  If you are on academic probation, you will be limited to 13 hours.  Should you be removed from academic probation after the current semester you will be permitted to add courses at the beginning of the next semester.
