Step 1: Complete your application for admission
Step 2: Send your high school transcript to the CU Office of Admissions
Step 3: Send your college transcript (if applicable)
Step 4: Send your ACT and/or SAT scores
Step 5: Complete the appropriate scholarship application
To be eligible for the Scholars of Distinction Scholarship Program, you must complete the admissions process and complete the Scholars of Distinction application by January 15, 2008.
To be eligible for the Concord University Scholarship Program, you must complete the admissions process and the University Scholarship Program application by April 15, 2008.
Additional Scholarship Criteria
Concord University scholarships are awarded to first-time freshmen and transfers. Re-admits and current Concord University students may apply for Concord University scholarships. All incoming freshmen, transfers, re-admits and current students may apply for Concord University Foundation Scholarships. All scholarships are contingent upon available funds and awarded on a first come, first served basis.
International students that have obtained the required Scholastic Achievement Scores (SAT I) and have a grade-point average (GPA) may only qualify for the Mid-Atlantic scholarship, SAT scholarship, and the Academic Achievement scholarship and may submit an application or the Scholars of Distinction. International students transferring to Concord University from another institution may only qualify for a transfer scholarship based on academic information.
Criteria for Scholarship Renewal
Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and maintain a minimum 3.0 Concord University GPA. The Scholars of Distinction scholarships (Presidential, Dean's and Marsh) require a 3.2 Concord University GPA. Renewable scholarships can be used for eight consecutive semesters.
