FOR A CHANGE OF PACE, ENJOY ORIENTAL MUSIC
AT CONCORD ON GROUNDHOG DAY!

Concord College will present Rhong Chun Zhao on Wednesday, February 2 at 8:00 p.m. in the Main Auditorium of the Alexander Fine Arts Center. Rhong Chun Zhao will be accompanied by pianist Lucile Soule.

Rhong Chun Zhao will be playing the erhu, a traditional Chinese two-stringed instrument. He has studied the erhu since the age of 11 and has earned several notable achievements concerning his music. Rongchun will perform the music that has given him the reputation of "..an extraordinary musician."

Tickets will be on sale at the box office at 7:00 p.m., the evening of the performance. Adult tickets are $5.00, Senior Citizens $4.00 and Non-Concord students $2.00.

Concord College Notes:

The Communication Arts Department produces the College’s student newspaper, radio programming and television programming. They also produce theatrical and musical productions. It is organized similar to today’s modern corporation with the students completing projects under both student and faculty supervision. This gives students real-world experience that focuses on accountability and responsibility.
