Concord Offers Master’s-Level Classes for
Summer 2003 Term and Fall 2003 Term

Concord College announces graduate course offerings for summer 2003 and fall 2003.

SUMMER 2003 GRADUATE COURSE OFFERINGS

GEOG 554 – Summer Geography Alliance Institute (4 credits)  

There is a prerequisite for this class.  Please contact Dr. Joseph Manzo,

EDUC 520 – Educational Research (3 credits)*

            July 7, 2003 –July 18, 2003        Monday through Friday        12:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

            Course delivery will be a combination of Internet delivery and class meetings.

EDUC 540 – Assessment and Evaluation in Education (3 credits)*

            July 7, 2003 – August 1, 2003    Monday through Friday        8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

            Course delivery will be a combination of Internet delivery and class meetings.

*Students interested in taking EDUC 520 and/or EDUC 540 are required to be on campus “MEGA MONDAY,” June 23, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., room 135, Marsh Hall (administration building) for Internet orientation.  A listing of actual class meetings will be distributed during the orientation.

EDUC 515 – Supervisory Skills and Practices (3 credits)

EDUC 530 – Integrating Technology in the Teaching/Learning Process (3 credits)

            August 26, 2003 – December 9, 2003              Mondays          6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

            Course delivery will be a combination of Internet delivery and class meetings.

One 3 credit hour content specialization course will be also scheduled for fall 2003.

Cost per credit hour is $183 for in state students and $317 for out-of-state students plus appropriate library and technology fees.
