Athens,
W.Va. – Dean W. Turner, vice
president and academic dean, announces registration dates for two terms of
summer school at Concord University, with 77 classes offered during the first term
and 52 classes offered during the second term. Classes will be taught in
Athens and Beckley.
A list of courses is available on the University’s web site, www.concord.edu. Click on “Academics/Faculty” and then “Schedules.” Click the link to “Computer Center” and choose a specific schedule under the list “Class Schedules and Information.”
Cost
per credit hour is $170 for in-state students and $385 for out-of-state
students, plus appropriate lab and technology fees; books are extra.
Payment is due before the first day of class. First-time enrollees should
contact the University’s Admissions Office prior to the registration deadline,
either e-mail admissions@concord.edu or call

FIRST
SUMMER TERM
Students who are currently enrolled at Concord may register during the week of Wednesday, April 4 through Friday, April 13. General registration for new students for the first summer term in Athens is Friday, June 1. Students may sign up and pay fees in Marsh Hall (the administration building).
Current Concord students may also register at the Beckley Center of Concord University, 307 Prince Street. General registration in Beckley will continue through Friday, June 1, for all students.
Classes in the five-week first term begin Monday, June 4. A $25 late registration fee goes into effect on Tuesday, June 5.
SECOND SUMMER TERM
Students
who are currently enrolled at Concord may register during the week of
Wednesday, April 4 through Friday, April 13. Registration for the second
summer term in Athens is Friday, July 6. Students may sign up and pay fees in
Marsh Hall (the administration building) beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Current
Concord students may also register at the Beckley Center of Concord University,
307 Prince Street. General registration will continue through Friday,
July 6 for all students.
Classes in the five-week second term begin Monday, July 9. A $25 late registration fee goes into effect on Tuesday, July 10.
Concord University reserves the right to make changes in the schedule.
Intersession begins May 21.
