Local CU Alumni Chapter to Host Golf Tourney & Picnic, Friday, August 10

Athens, W.Va. – The Pine Trees Chapter of the Concord University Alumni Association is hosting a golf tournament and picnic on Friday, August 10 at Pipestem Resort State Park. The golf tournament is Captain’s Choice with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start, and the picnic is scheduled for 1 p.m. The event is being used as both a fundraiser for “legacy” scholarships and to provide an opportunity for friends of Concord to socialize in a beautiful local setting.

Cost for golf and picnic is $60 per person, and cost for the picnic only is $12.50 per person (children 10 and younger admitted free).
