MEDIA ADVISORY: Meet Final Candidates for CU President’s Position

The media is invited to meet the final candidates for the position of president at Concord University. Brief biographies of the candidates are available on the CU web site, go to www.concord.edu > Presidential Search (upper right corner) > Announcements.

Meet Dr. Sharon Davidson Hoffman on Thursday, March 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center State Room. A reception will be held where she will have an opportunity to meet community leaders. Others who will be in attendance will be members of the Presidential Search Committee and members of the CU Board of Governors.

Another meeting will be held on Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m. in the Rahall Center Incubator when Dr. Hoffman will meet with alumni and members of the community.

Meet Dr. M. Cynthia Farris on Monday, March 17 at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center State Room. A reception will be held where she will have an opportunity to meet community leaders. Others who will be in attendance will be members of the Presidential Search Committee and members of the CU Board of Governors.

Another meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 18 at 1 p.m. in the Rahall Center Incubator when Dr. Farris will meet with alumni and members of the community.

Meet Dr. John David Smith on Wednesday, March 19 at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center State Room. A reception will be held where he will have an opportunity to meet community leaders. Others who will be in attendance will be members of the Presidential Search Committee and members of the CU Board of Governors.

Another meeting will be held on Thursday, March 20 at 1 p.m. in the Rahall Center Incubator when Dr. Smith will meet with alumni and members of the community.

Meet Dr. Gregory F. Aloia on Monday, March 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center State Room. A reception will be held where he will have an opportunity to meet community leaders. Others who will be in attendance will be members of the Presidential Search Committee and members of the CU Board of Governors.

Another meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 25 at 1 p.m. in the Rahall Center Incubator when Dr. Aloia will meet with alumni and community members.
