Scholars of Distinction Scholarship Program

Academic year 2013-2014 (August-December thru January-May).  Scholarships are awarded at the beginning of each academic year. Scholarships are awarded one time per academic year.

Recipient should have a 3.75 cumulative GPA and ACT 28 or SAT 1240** or higher and recipient must reside in college housing.

Presidential*
The Presidential Scholarship will cover full tuition, mandatory fees***, room and board. West Virginia PROMISE Scholar recipients must apply their scholarship towards tuition and fees.  Recipient will have one study trip abroad and gain acceptance into the Concord University Honors Program.

Dean’s*
The Dean’s Scholarship will cover full tuition, mandatory fees***, room and board. West Virginia PROMISE recipients must apply their scholarship towards tuition and fees. Recipient will gain acceptance into the Concord University Honors Program.

Marsh*

  • In-State Value $5,000
  • Out-of-State Value $8,000

Recipient will gain acceptance into the Concord University Honors Program.

Board of Governors*

  • • In-State Value $2,000 - $5,000
  • • Out-of-State Value $2,000 - $8,000

Recipient will gain acceptance into the Concord University Honors Program.

To be eligible for the Scholars of Distinction Scholarship Program, you must complete the admissions process and be granted acceptance by January 15, 2013.
