* North and South Towers residents will be assessed an additional Residential Capial Improvement Fee in the amount of $210.00 for each Fall & Spring term. Summer terms will be assessed a prorated amount of $65.00 each term.
** Full-time enrollment for both summer terms is required to receive the discounted rate during the summer terms. The on-campus requirement is waived for the summer terms only.
Books are estimated at $550 per semester (Plus a one time $85.00 Freshman Orientation Fee and a one time $50.00 Graduation Fee when applicable.)
