Inventory

Inventory is responsible for the receiving and identification of University fixed assets. 

Loan Note/Service & Removal: This form is to be used by Concord University faculty and staff in order to borrow equipment/inventory.  The form is to be authorized by the issuing department who indicates the date at which the item will be in possession of the other party and when it must be returned. The borrower must sign and date this agreement. A copy must be presented to the proper personnel indicated at the bottom of the form.

Moving Inventory Form: This form is used by Concord University faculty and staff in order to request equipment be moved to another department. This form requires the information of the original location of the asset, the new location, and an explanation for the move.  The form needs to be completed and sign by the Department Chair/Supervisor, that is the original owner of the asset, and the Inventory Clerk to be approved.

Equipment Disposition Form: This form is used by Concord University faculty and staff in order to retire/dispose of an asset.  A copy of this form must be filled out and sent to the Inventory Control Clerk.
