Community Care of WV, a federally qualified health center serving North Central and Central WV, is offering positions in its new behavioral health program. The program is dedicated to applying a team based approach to mental health care by integrating with mental health providers, primary care providers and pain management providers. Community Care of WV consists of 15 Health Clinics and Walk-In Clinics, 5 company owned pharmacies, 3 contract pharmacies, a nationally recognized pain management program, dental clinic and over 45 school based health centers. We have locations in Harrison, Braxton, Randolph, Pocahontas, Lewis, Upshur and Clay counties and draw patients from over 19 different WV counties. Applicants will have the opportunity to work in most any of our clinics based on preference. Community Care is a well-established, fiscally sound company that takes pride in providing quality care to West Virginians regardless of their ability to pay. In 2016, CCWV served over 39000 individual West Virginians in their clinics. 

     We are recruiting qualified LCSW, LPC and LCISW for clinical mental health positions in Harrison, Braxton, Lewis, Randolph, Upshur, Clay, Randolph and Pocahontas counties. Applicants will have opportunities to work with a diverse population of all ages and walks of life. Applicants will have options of pursuing professional areas of interest including, but not limited to, child and adolescent, adult, school based, office based, home based, family, abstinence based addiction, pain management, integrated behavioral and physical health, chronic medical issues, teaching and geriatrics. Therapists will be supported by a licensed adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychiatric physician assistant, case management, centralized billing department, pharmacy coordination and in-house primary care providers and nurses.
