International Student Orientation

International Orientation is held at the beginning of the Fall semester. This is the tentative schedule. During this program, you will receive important information about:

• obtaining a University identification card
• setting up an e-mail and bank account
• taking language tests (if required)
• meeting your academic advisor
• registering for classes
• using the University libraries, computing, health and recreation services
• understanding University rules, regulations and academic culture
• maintaining proper immigration status as an international student

Sequence of Orientation Activities

• Check-in
• Meet your International Student Club Representative
• Open a campus mailbox
• Get University Identification Card
• Take Tests (if required)
• Open Bank Accounts
• Take Campus Tour
• Register for Classes
• Go on Shopping Excursion
