Sulgit Named Resident Director/Greek Affairs Coordinator at Concord College
Athens, W.Va. - Andrew M. Sulgit of Lewisburg, was recently named Resident Director and Greek Affairs Coordinator at Concord College in Athens, W.Va., according to Rick Dillon, Director of Housing and Residence Life.
Sulgit has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Graphic Design from West Virginia Wesleyan College. While at Wesleyan, he served as a residence hall manager, resident assistant, and also served as a designer of Housing print media and digital multimedia items including a resident assistant recruitment video and a virtual resident hall tour. Sulgit has also worked as a freelance graphics designer on numerous projects.
Dillon stated, "It is a pleasure to be working with Andrew again. We both came from Wesleyan. Their campus is similar in size and looks to what we have here at Concord. And, I am excited about Andrew joining our department."
Sulgit will be responsible for directing Wooddell Hall, a men's residence hall, and College Courts Apartments, which are for co-ed non-traditional students. The two halls house approximately 250 residents. He will also be in charge of Concord's Greek System, which includes five fraternities and four sororities. There are approximately 250 students affiliated with the social Greek organizations on campus.
Sulgit started working for Concord in late November.
"As a former resident of Bluefield, it is great to be back in four-season's country, and I feel privileged to be working for such a fine educational institution," said Sulgit.

Concord College Notes: Concord College houses 1,100 students at full capacity, or about 40% of our current full time enrollment of 2,800. There are four occupied residence halls on campus plus the married/family housing apartments.
