Concord Admissions Rep Promoted
Athens, W.Va. - Lisa Beth Graham, a 1989 University of Charleston graduate, and seven-year employee of Concord College was recently appointed to the position of associate director of admissions. Concord admissions personnel emphasize parental involvement and introduce prospective students to the campus. Graham also heads the student ambassador program, which is aimed at getting students involved with sharing their experiences with incoming freshmen and visitors.
Vice President for Admissions and Financial Aid Michael Curry stated that, “Lisa Beth Graham has been a major reason for both the increase in the number of students and the amazing quality of students from other countries due to her gift of interpersonal sensitivity.”
Graham stated that she is in her field because she enjoys helping prospective students try to make an informed decision about their future. “It’s just a really good feeling to know that you’ve helped. I’m proud to represent Concord to prospective students and their parents due to the academic quality of the College.”
