Concord College’s Very Own Commanders Perform Their Annual Concert

The Concord College Commanders will perform their annual concert Tuesday, April 30 at 7 p.m. in the Alexander Fine Arts Center Main Auditorium at Concord College.

Dr. Andrew Necessary directs the Commanders.

Their selections will include: Jump, Jive an’ Wail by Louis Prima, Birdland by Josef Zowinul, A Nightingale Sang in Berkley Square by Mike Tamaro, Don’t Get Around Much Any More by Duke Ellington, and other jazz and big band favorites.

Ticket prices are $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens, and $2 for non-Concord students.
