Concord College Announces Graduate Courses for Certified Teachers
Athens, W. Va. - Dean W. Turner, vice president and academic dean at Concord College, announces registration dates for summer 2004 graduate courses for certified teachers at Concord College.
Registration begins immediately and continues through the first class meeting, which is noted below.
The cost per credit hour is $198 for in-state students and $346 for out-of-state students. In addition, lab and technology fees may apply. Payment is due the first day of class.
First time enrollees should contact the Division of Education prior to the registration deadline, which is the first day of class.
Classes include: EDUC 510 - Models of Curriculum and Instruction (3 credits) Mondays, 6:00-8:30, Marsh Hall, Room 100, first class meets Monday, May 17; EDUC 520 - Educational Research (3 credits), Thursdays, 6:00-8:30, Marsh Hall, Room 100, first class meets Thursday, May 20; EDEL 570 - Organization and Management for Public Schools (3 credits), Tuesdays, 6:00-8:30, Marsh Hall, Room 100, first class meets Tuesday, May 18; and EDEL 590 - School and Community (3 credits), Wednesdays, 6:00-8:30, Marsh Hall, Room 100, first class meets Wednesday, May 19.
All courses will be offered as a combination of class meetings and WebCT (the Internet). The classes will begin the week of May 17, 2004 and run through August 6, 2004.
