Concord Announces Undergraduate Courses for Fall 2008
Athens, W.Va. – Registration for classes for the fall semester at Concord University will be Friday, August 22 and classes will begin on Monday, August 25.
The University will conduct exams Monday, December 15 through Friday, December 19. Fall commencement will be Saturday, December 20 at 11 a.m.
Fall break will be Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7. Thanksgiving recess will be Monday, November 24 through Friday, November 28.

Cost per undergraduate credit hour is $191 for in-state students and $424 for out-of-state students, plus appropriate lab and technology fees; books are extra. Payment is due before the first day of class, and a late registration fee of $25 will be added beginning Tuesday, August 26.
First-time enrollees should contact the University prior to the registration deadline.
Current Concord students in the Beckley area may register now at the Erma Byrd Higher Education Center.
Beckley classes will be taught afternoons and evenings at the Erma Byrd Higher Education Center, 300 University Drive in Beaver, or the National Mine Health and Safety Academy, 1301 Airport Road in Beaver.
Concord University will also offer a limited number of undergraduate classes on Saturdays at the new Erma Byrd Higher Education Center in Beckley during the fall 2008 semester. Additionally, Concord is offering special, reduced tuition rates to “senior citizens,” those 65 and older. Those who are interested may contact the Admissions Office.
