BARD SPEAKING AT CONCORD UNIVERSITY CONSTITUTION DAY PROGRAM
ATHENS, W.Va. - In conjunction with Constitution Day the Concord University Division of Social Sciences will host a symposium titled “Understanding the Constitution” on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. in Room 304 of the Rahall Technology Center. Constitution Day is Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011.
The symposium will be presented by Dr. David Bard, Emeritus Professor of History, Concord University.
The community is invited to attend and there is no admission charge.
