CONCORD UNIVERSITY INVITES EMPLOYERS FROM ACROSS THE REGION TO CAREER FAIR
ATHENS, W.Va. - Businesses seeking employees or interns will meet students at Concord University’s Sixth Annual Career Fair on Thursday, March 22. The event, scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Jerry L. “Concord University is dedicated to helping our students find rewarding careers after graduation and to identify quality internships to enhance their learning experiences,” explained Tammy Monk, director of Career Services.
This event, planned and managed by CU Recreation and Tourism Students in a Meetings, Conventions, and Special Events Planning Course, is designed to encourage dialogue between exhibitors and students in an upbeat and comfortable atmosphere.
Attendance for exhibitors and students is free of charge. Companies wishing to register should visit Concord University’s website, www.concord.edu and select the Career Fair 2012 tab. Limited space remains available.
