DR. BILL O’BRIEN SPEAKING AT CONCORD UNIVERSITY CONSTITUTION DAY EVENT

 

ATHENS, W.Va. – As part of Concord University’s annual Constitution Day activities on Thursday, Sept. 17, Professor of History Emeritus Dr. Bill O’Brien will present “Is the History We Read the Story We Want to Find? To Re-Visit the Federalist Papers.” The presentation will take place at 7 p.m. in the Wilkes Family Chapel in University Point on the Athens campus.

Concord’s chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society, is hosting the event.
