Accessing 1098 T Form

The 1098-T forms for the 2011 tax year are available online in your MYCU
account. The form can be reached as follows:

1. Log into MyCU
2. On the General tab, look on the left hand side for '1098T Tax Forms'
3. Enter Tax Year – Type In “2011”
4. Click “Submit”
5. 1098 T Appears on your screen
6. Print

Paper 1098-Ts will not be mailed for the 2011 tax year. The online form is identical to the paper 1098-T form. The online version also provides a section entitled 'Supplemental Information'. This section provides a breakdown for each figure listed on the main form.
