Accessing 1098 T Form

The 1098-T forms for the 2009 tax year are available online in your MYCU
account. The form can be reached as follows:

1. Log into MyCU
2. In the middle of the screen under Ellie click “Banner Self-Service”
3. Click “Student Services”
4. Click “Student Account”
5. Select “Tax Notification”
6. Enter Tax Year – Type In “2009”
7. Click “Submit”
8. 1098 T Appears on your screen
9. Print

Paper 1098-Ts will not be mailed for the 2009 tax year. The online form is identical to the paper 1098-T form. The online version also provides a section entitled 'Supplemental Information'. This section provides a breakdown for each figure listed on the main form.
