Grants and Contracts Assistant

Concord University Research and Development Corporation

Entry–level position offering a unique opportunity to help shape programs developed to serve not only Concord University, but the region. Individual will administer grants and contracts (Federal, State, Corporate, etc) in accordance with agency and university policies and procedures.  Responsibilities will include both pre and post award activities including, but not limited to working with faculty/departments in formulating budgets and related proposal information, reviewing awards to ensure acceptability of terms and conditions within university policy, reviewing and approving expenditures charged to grants and contracts, drafting/typing various correspondence and reports. Bachelor’s degree required.  1 – 2 years experience with grants management preferred.  Well-developed oral and written communication, organization and analytical skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

The Concord University Child Development Center is accepting resumes for Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Substitute Teacher. The Center is seeking to fill permanent and temporary positions.
