How to Create a New Concord University (CU) Qualtrics Account

  1. Connect to www.concord.qualtrics.com
  2. On the next page enter your regular CU Username (not the full email address) and Password and Submit
  3. Click on the first option to “Open a New Qualtrics account”
  4. Read through and accept the “User Policy” from Qualtrics
  5. If satisfied, Click to “Accept” policy
  6. Your CU Qualtrics account is now good to go

How to Merge an existing Qualtrics Account with a New CU-Qualtrics Account

If you have an existing Qualtrics account that was created directly from www.qualtrics.com or if you had a Qualtrics Account from another institution an account merger will sync the two accounts making your surveys and data from the old/existing account available to you through your Concord University Qualtrics Account. Please note that Qualtrics Accounts do not merge automatically so you have to do so manually. Please follow the steps below to merge Qualtrics Accounts

  1. Connect to www.concord.qualtrics.com
  2. On the next page enter your regular CU Username (not the full email address) and Password and Submit
  3. Click on the second option that says “I already have a Qualtrics Account”
  4. Enter the your old (existing) Username and old (existing – none CU) Password
  5. Click on “Migrate” to complete your Qualtrics accounts merger

Note: If you are still collecting results for a “merged survey”, do not delete that survey from the previous (old/existing) account until the data completion is complete and you have processed and saved the data somewhere safe.
