ATHENS, W.Va. – Concord University’s Master of Social Work program has been recognized as one of the top online programs in the nation by Learn.org. CU is ranked #20 among the 25 schools landing on the 2020 Best Master’s in Social Work Online Programs list. 

Concord is the only West Virginia college or university named to the list.

“We are pleased to learn that our program was once again recognized as a top online Master of Social Work program,” stated Dr. C. Scott Inghram, Associate Professor and MSW Program Director. “Our program is designed to prepare highly qualified rural social work professionals and we appreciate Learn.org’s acknowledgement of this endeavor.”   

In compiling the ranking Learn.org said, “We considered hundreds of universities across the country and selected Concord University based on academic and career resources, the quality of education, faculty and more.”
