Biography

David Chambers completed his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University in 1997. He completed his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cell Biology in the Bretscher lab at Cornell University in 2004. His dissertation research was on the consequences of mutationally activating Ezrin, an actin binding protein in microvilli. Since joining Concord in 2006, Dr. Chambers has taught Anatomy and Physiology I & II, Cell & Molecular Biology, various renditions of general biology, Freshmen Biology Seminar, and University 100.
