College Program for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder

The West Virginia Autism Training Center’s College Program for Students with ASD has expanded to support students at Concord University. Since the 2017 fall semester, The College Program for Students with ASD at Concord University has provided individualized academic, social, and independent living supports for students who have applied and been accepted into that program.

Applications to Concord University and to the College Program for Students with ASD at Concord University are separate and unique applications. Students accepted into the support program must be accepted by and enrolled in the university; acceptance into the support program does not guarantee admission to the university.

The College Program provides individualized skill building and therapeutic supports to degree seeking students with Autism Spectrum Disorder through a mentored environment while navigating a college experience at Concord University.
