Services are available to students, faculty, staff, and the general public

Post Office Box Rentals
  • Any student may rent a box, whether they are living on-campus or commuting.
  • You MUST have a campus box in order to receive any mail or packages.
  • The rental price is $7.50 per semester. This is billed along with tuition and other applicable fees, so no payment is due at the time of sign up.
  • Mailboxes are accessible by a unique combination code, which will be provided to you.
  • The assigned box will remain yours during your entire stay at Concord. Should you wish to close out your box for any reason (graduating, withdrawing, transferring, etc.), please let us know by completing this Close Box form.

Mailing/Shipping
Please note that we only accept cash payment for our services. ATM's are available in the stairwell at the bottom of the main entrance of the Student Center. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Mailing services include letters, postcards, large envelopes, Certified mail, and campus mail.
  • We do NOT do money orders! However, these can be done at the Athens Post Office.
  • Shipping services include First Class packages, Priority (Flat Rate and by-weight) packages, Media Mail, Express/Overnight, and International packages.
  • We are also a drop-off location for UPS returns.
  • We do sell stamps! As of January 21st, 2019, stamps are $0.55.
Package Receiving
Like to shop online? You can have your orders sent here! Our package process differs from non-University postal facilities, so please pay special attention to how packages are processed through us!
  • If your tracking information says "Delivered", this means it has arrived in Athens, not our office.
  • USPS packages are delivered to the Athens Post Office first, then we go pick them up. Once brought back to our office, we scan the tracking label and enter the student's name. A notification is immediately sent to the e-mail address that was given at the time of box sign-up.
  • UPS and FedEx packages are delivered to the Receiving Station first, and then brought up to us. Just like with the USPS packages, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your packages is scanned in at our location.
  • These e-mail notifications will come from no-reply@pb.com and will show up as "Student Center Mail Office". Check your spam/clutter; sometimes they get sent there! (We highly recommend linking your e-mail account with your smartphone in order to receive the notification as soon as your package is scanned. For assistance with this, please contact Technology Services.)
Passport Services
Our office is also certified by the U.S. Department of State to accept passport applications on their behalf.
Please see Passport Services for more information.
