Q: How much does it cost to rent a mailbox?
A: $7.50 per semester
Q: Are you open on Saturdays?
A: No. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 3:45pm.
Q: What if I have trouble opening my mailbox?
A: No worries! Just show a photo ID at the window and we'll hand your mail to you!
Q: Do you accept debit or credit cards?
A: We are not set up to accept cards, so we can only accept cash as payment.
Q: How do I know when my package is here?
A: A notification is sent to the e-mail address you provide at the time of mailbox sign-up. If none is provided, your student e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) is used by default.
Q: What is the best way to contact you with questions or concerns?
A: E-mail is the best way to reach us, since we are usually with customers and cannot get to the phone on time. This e-mail is still checked outside of office hours, so this is the quickest way to get a reply. Our e-mail address is CUMailOffice@concord.edu
