Concord University Band Day 2022
Concord University’s Marching Band would like to invite you to attend our first ever Band Day! Band Day will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, during our football game against Wheeling University. During the game, students will play in the stands with our Concord University Marching Band on a limited number of tunes that we rehearse that morning. Student performers and band directors will be provided with free admission; spectators must pay regular admission.
This event is open to all students in high school grades 9-12. If you are interested in participating in this exciting event, please have your band director register your group today!
Schedule
- 9:00am — Meet-and-greet in the Alexander Fine Arts Center band room with immediate warm up and music rehearsal
- 10:30am — Break, breakfast refreshments provided
- 11:15am — Walk to Callaghan Stadium
- 12:00 noon — Kickoff
- You are free to leave after halftime if you choose, or can stay for the whole game!

- We also encourage all participants to wear their school colors and/or band uniforms
