Full-Time Position Available M-F 7am-5pm

Working as a Full-Time Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the sales and marketing of Fastenal's vending solutions program within a district sales territory. Those offered a position will report directly to the Solutions Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for covering WV and OH or MD, VA, WV.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 
o Presenting Fastenal Vending Solutions to current and prospective customers 
o Assisting with implementation for new vending solutions customers and optimizing existing customer machines 
o Assisting in training Fastenal employees to sell Vending Solutions 
o Working with District and General Managers to schedule customer visits 
o Making joint sales calls with Fastenal store employees 
o Consulting customers on best practices for cost savings 
o Maintaining a Quarterly Review and Cost Savings log for all vending solutions customers in the district 

The skills and qualifications required for this position include: 
o 18 years of age or over 
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements 
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
o Excellent written and oral communication skills 
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented 
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh between 25 lbs. - 50 lbs. that may weigh up to 75 lbs. 
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) 

o Prior Fastenal store experience 
o Vending and industrial sales experience
