Job Description: 

The Housing Development Corporation seeks qualified, professionally-driven individuals with a passion for working with low income, affordable housing tenants to apply for its full-time Section 8 Inspector/Clerk position, which provides inspection services and associated clerical work for tenants/landlords in the  Section 8 assisted housing program operated by The Huntington West Virginia Housing Authority.  The Section 8 Inspector/Clerk position requires two years experience, a GED or High School Diploma, and a valid driver's license.  Starting salary breaks down to $16.14 per hour for a 37.5 hour work-week, M-F, 8AM-430PM.
