Become a Mountain Lion Mentor today!!!

Mountain Lion Mentors members are a group of Concord University Alumni who volunteer to assist current students with career development.  Mentors will be matched with students based on similar career, academic and cultural interests.  The role of a mentor is to provide life/career experience on career options.  This is usually done via email or phone so mentors are not geographically restrained.

Mentors often:

  • Provide Valuable Career Information
  • Review Resumes and Cover Letters
  • Help with Mock Interviews
  • Answer Questions about Graduate and Professional Studies
  • Serve as Speaker for Classrooms and Organizations on Campus

Mountain Lion Mentors are not intended to be used for students to gain direct employment, but rather to make industry contacts to help them along their chosen career path.
