Wraparound Coordinator (Ona, WV)
The Children’s Home Society of West Virginia is seeking individuals interested in working directly with children and families as wraparound care coordinators. The identified population is children age 5 to age 12 years old and their families that have been impacted by substance abuse. This exciting opportunity allows the wraparound care coordinator to assist families by advocating, collaborating, providing resource referrals, family education, as well as developing plans of care that meet identified family needs. Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. The service area for the wraparound care coordinator will be Cabell, Lincoln, and Wayne Counties. Potential candidates must have a WV Driver’s license and automobile insurance, and pass all required background checks including FBI, CIB, APS and CPS checks.
