Preparing For Commencement
The graduation checklist was designed to make sure you don’t miss any important steps or deadlines as you prepare for the big day.
Students should request a degree audit from the Registrar’s Office after earning 60 hours. Students should update their audit each semester to be sure they are taking the required courses.
When students apply for graduation, the Registrar’s Office will prepare an updated audit and mail it to the student. Any grade point issues, missing credits or questions will be noted on the audit. Please review the audit and contact the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible.
The Registrar’s Office is here to serve students. Please contact them at 304-384-5236 or at email@example.com if you have any questions.
