Biography
Dr. Deck has been a faculty member at Concord University since 1987.
Prior to joining the faculty at Concord, he had several years of business experience in textile manufacturing and in banking. He resides in Blacksburg, Virginia with his wife and two children (Hannah and Mrs. Widdleberry)
