Conference and Meeting Space
Meeting space available for public use consist of standard classrooms equipped with WiFi Access, faculty workstations, document cameras, ceiling projectors, automated projector screens, lights, and blinds. Our largest meeting space includes a lecture hall (auditorium) which has a holding capacity of up to 129 seats.
Please click on the following forms to download, complete and submit for all facilities usage request(s):
1. Facilities Usage Request Form (There is no guarantee that there will be space available until the request is received and verified by a representative of the Center).
2. Rental Agreement Form (This form must be signed and submitted along with the Facilities Request Usage Form).
3. Rental Rates (Rental rates are very competitive and each room is equipped with WiFi access, a computer workstation, a document camera, an overhead ceiling projector, and automated lighting and blinds). NOTE: Rate change effective February 27, 2018.
4. Facility Usage Evaluation Form (This form must be completed and submitted AFTER your rental has been completed).
