
15 to FINISH is an initiative of the College Foundation of West Virginia, led by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission. To earn a bachelor's degree in four years or an associate's degree in two years, you must complete 15 hours towards your degree per semester -- or 30 credit hours in one year.
