The Erma Byrd Higher Education Center (EBHEC) serves as an “access point” for students enrolled in online programs at partnering institutions (Bluefield State College, Concord University and Marshall University).
At the EBHEC, we understand the challenges faced by online students; and, the need to have a quiet place where you can escape, study, utilize new computers with fast/reliable internet, and conquer assignment deadlines.
The EBHEC is equipped with a Library/Learning Center designed with comfort and convenience so that one can enter between a wide variety of hours (from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm), complete online requirements, utilize support services, and go home.
