Lusk Promoted to Associate Registrar

Athens, W.Va. - Susie Lusk was recently appointed to the position of associate registrar. Ms. Lusk has been employed by Concord College for 13 years, working in the division of education and human performance.

The duties of the associate registrar include: determining if students have met all requirements for graduation, contacting students about missing credentials, advising students about program requirements, ordering and mailing diplomas, recording and mailing final grades, and advising transfer students.

In anticipation of her new position Lusk said, “ The position will enable me to assist students in the pursuit of their chosen professions. Through the years I will be able to witness their growth and transition into tomorrow's workforce. I look forward to working with members of the College’s academic divisions as they ensure students successful progression through Concord's programs. I feel fortunate to have been chosen to become a member of the registrar’s office. They are great people who work hard each day to assist and service Concord’s students, faculty, and staff.”

Carolyn Cox, registrar, said “Ms. Lusk is a wonderful addition to the office and we’re all so pleased and lucky to have her. She had a lot of educational knowledge coming into this position and is doing a wonderful job.”

Lusk lives in Princeton, W.Va.
