Concord’s Beckley Center to Move

Athens, W.Va. – Dr. Bill O’Brien would like to announce that the Concord University Beckley Center will be moving. As of July 1, the new location will be the second floor of the First Christian Church Education Building at 104 Prince Street, which is near their current location.

“We will continue to focus on meeting the educational needs of Beckley students who want a Concord degree,” stated Dr. O’Brien, director of the Beckley Center. “This is the beginning of an exciting period for Concord in Beckley. This move is the first step in our efforts to expand services and programs for Beckley students and it will culminate with the location of Concord University in the new Beckley Higher Education Center which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.”

Students will be able to utilize the Concord University Beckley Center computer lab at the new location.
