Concord University Students Offer Assistance During Tax Time
ATHENS, W.Va. – Preparing income tax returns has become an annual volunteer activity for Concord University business students. “My students are busy preparing tax returns as part of their VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program,” Dr. Cynthia Khanlarian, associate professor of accounting, said. “So far, they have prepared and filed electronically, over 150 returns.
