Autism Awareness 5K Being Hosted By Concord University’s Council For Exceptional Children

ATHENS, W.Va. – Concord University’s chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is hosting an Autism Awareness 5K Paint Run/Walk on CU’s main campus in Athens, W.Va. The 5K will take place Saturday, April 18, 2015. Registration will be held in the Concord football stadium parking lot from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The race will start at 10:30 a.m.

The cost for adults will be $30 and $15 for children under 10. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Autism Speaks.

Please contact CU CEC at for registration forms. Registration forms will be emailed to each participant upon request. Any participant may also stop by the Education Department Office in Marsh Hall Room 101A or go to Facebook at CU-CEC’s Autism Awareness Paint Run/Walk to pick up a registration form.
