Dr. Gerald Lee to Perform Piano Recital at CU on Wednesday, March 5

Athens, W.Va. – Dr. Gerald Lee will perform a piano recital in the Main Theater of Concord University’s Alexander Fine Arts Center as part of the Artist Lecture Series on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 7 p.m.

He will perform works from Chopin, Franck and Schubert. As a prize-winning pianist, an evening with Dr. Lee promises to be an exciting performance of classical favorites.

Lee is an associate professor of piano at West Liberty State College, West Liberty, W.Va. He has won several competitions including first place in the 2002 National Society of Arts and Letters Piano Competition and second place in the 2002 National Finals of the Music Teachers’ National Association Collegiate Artists’ Piano Competition.

The recital is free to the public.
