THE CONCORD UNIVERSITY 2019 PRESIDENT’S BALL

BRINGING ICONIC HOLLYWOOD TO ATHENS, WV

ATHENS, W.Va. – West Virginia Hills or Beverly Hills? Concord University is offering both at the 2019 President’s Ball. In the spirit of the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, the best of the 90210 zip code is being brought to the University Ballroom.

At the timeless Beverly Hills Hotel, you’ll find Hollywood’s A-listers, and at the President’s Ball, every guest will be treated as the Mountain Lion A-lister they are. Students, faculty, alumni and community members are cordially invited to be guests at the ball on Saturday, March 2.

Dinner guests can check in at 5:30 p.m.; a plated meal will be served at 6 p.m. You can also enjoy a night of dancing when featured musicians take the stage at 7 p.m. All guests will be greeted as if they are checking in to the iconic hotel, and in true Hollywood fashion, will receive their bag of CU swag.

Among the palm leaves and décor of pink and green, President’s Ball guests will be transported to Concord’s version of the Pink Palace for a night of grand luxury. Walk the pink carpet, have your picture taken by a professional photographer, enjoy themed drinks, and above all, have a memorable night.

Proceeds from the President’s Ball support scholarships and campus projects that help all students on their path to success, and it all starts with you.  Sponsorships and tickets are available now online at www.concord.edu/cufoundation/presball.  You can also follow Concord University on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for special event previews.
