A: Yes! Our services are available to anyone who needs a passport!
Q: Is your facility handicapped-accessible?
A: Yes it is! If needed, we will be happy to meet you in front of the Student Center and assist you.
Q: What is the difference between the passport book and the passport card?
A: The card can be used only for land/sea travel to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. The book can be used for travel to any destination, by any method of travel.
Q: Are notarized copies of citizenship evidence accepted?
A: No, only original or certified copies are acceptable. Citizenship evidence will be returned to you via First Class mail. For more info on required documentation, visit the official Department of State website

Q: Can I track the status of my passport application?
A: Absolutely! To do so, visit

Q: How long does it take to receive my passport?
A: Routine - 8 to 11 weeks; Expedited: 5 to 7 weeks (
as of 10/29/2021)
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We can only accept checks or money orders. We cannot accept cash, debit, or credit.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: No, we do not. Passport services are available by appointment only.
