Charles Marshall Post Office
The Charles Marshall Post Office is a full-service mail office with the exception of money orders. Our services are available to students, staff, faculty, and the general public.
**Please note that we accept cash payments only for purchases. We cannot accept debit/credit cards, checks, or money orders. If needed, ATM's are located in the ground floor stairwell of the Student Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Post Office Boxes
Students (both on-campus and commuters) may rent a post office box. The cost is only $7.50 per semester, and is billed through the Business Office along with tuition and other applicable fees.
The assigned box will remain yours during your entire stay at Concord. Should you wish to close out your box for any reason (withdrawing, transferring, graduating, etc.), stop by and let us know!
Includes postcards, letters, large envelopes, Certified, and interdepartmental/on-campus.
First Class packages, Priority Mail (Flat Rate and by-weight), Media, Express/Overnight, and International packages.
USPS (United States Postal Service) packages are dropped off at the Athens Post Office, and picked up by our staff twice daily. Packages are scanned into our system, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to your Concord e-mail address to let you know it has arrived and it ready for pickup. (Make sure to add email@example.com to your safe senders list so the notification does not go to the junk or clutter folder.) A photo ID is required to retrieve your package(s).
UPS and FedEx packages are dropped off at the Receiving Station, at which point the tracking information will update to "Delivered". However, these packages will not be available for pickup until they are brought to the Mail Office. You will receive notification via your Concord e-mail. (Make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list so the notification does not go to the junk or clutter folder.) A photo ID is required to retrieve your package(s).
Passport application services will be offered in the near future. When available, you may make an appointment with Ms. Krystle Land, Post Office Supervisor.
