Fitness Center

The Concord Fitness Center, Located in North Tower Dorm, offers a variety of exercise equipment. This facility allows student, faculty, staff, and community members to freely workout in a positive environment.  The Fitness Center remains open during the Spring, Summer, and Fall Semesters. Commuters or Community members who use the facility need to park in areas that are painted white to avoid tickets or fines.

  • No one Under the age of 14 allowed in the Fitness Center
  • Minors Under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Community Members must fill out the online waiver in order to use the fitness center. (Athens & Lerona Community Only)
    • The Fitness Center Director can deny any waiver requests for any reason.
  • All Patrons must swipe their ID Cards in order to access the fitness center.
    • Lost Cards are a $5.00 Fee
  • Appropriate Athletic Wear is required. This includes:
    • T Shirt
    • Pants or Shorts without buttons
    • No Jeans
    • Proper Shoes (No Boots, Sandals, Flip Flops, Crocs, etc.)
    • Sports Bra’s are not acceptable, Must be covered with a shirt.
  • All equipment must be used properly (The way it was intended to be used). Please ask if you are unsure on how to use a machine.
  • There will be no rough housing an abuse of equipment.
  • Patrons are required to clean all machines after they use them. Wipes are provided by the Fitness Center Staff.
  • NO OLYMPIC STYLE LIFTS ARE ALLOWED!!!
  • Patrons cannot operate the fitness center equipment while under the influence of Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco, Vaping
  • No Chewing Gum Allowed!
  • No Bullying, Threats, or Foul language will be tolerated.

Anyone who Violates these polices above will be asked to leave the Fitness Center, and Membership privilege will be revoked. All rules and polices stated above pertain to all patrons (Community Members, Students, Faculty, and Staff). The Fitness Center Staff has the right to ask anyone to leave the fitness center if they see a violation of policy.
