Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: I'm afraid to make changes to my site, because I may damage it in some way?
    A: Don't be afraid to make changes to your site. Technology Services is making regular nightly backups of your site. So even if you do break your site in some way, just call us and we can have your site restored in a few minutes.
  • Q: What about the security of my site?
    A: The university web developer is maintaining the security of your site. Any modules and patches that need to be applied are done so behind the scenes for flawless system uptime. In the rare case that your site must be taken offline for a patch, you will be notified by email in a timely manner.
  • Q: I need to transfer ownership of my site. What should I do?
    A: Transferring ownership of your site is easy. Just go to and on the DaaS Request Form pick Transfer of ownership as the request type then complete the form.
  • Q: I'm ready for my site to be linked to the main Concord site. Who do I contact?
    A: When you are ready for your site to be linked to the main Concord site send an email to Jamie Boggs at
