Biography
Dr. Kimberly Chambers is an Associate Professor of Biology at Concord University. She began teaching at Concord in 2006 for the chemistry program but has since transitioned to the biology program. Over the course of her teaching career, Dr. Chambers has taught biochemistry, cell and molecular biology, and introductory chemistry and biology courses. In the classroom, she uses active learning strategies to foster an environment where students develop critical thinking skills and apply what they have learned. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Chambers serves on the Pre-Health Advisory Committee, the University Assessment Committee, and the Faculty Senate.
