Like to shop online? You can have your orders sent here! Our package process differs from non-University postal facilities, so please pay special attention to how packages are processed through us!

  • If your tracking information says “Delivered”, this means it has arrived in Athens, not our office.
  • USPS packages are delivered to the Athens Post Office first, then we go pick them up. Once brought back to our office, we scan the tracking label and enter the student’s name. A notification is immediately sent to the e-mail address that was given at the time of box sign-up.
  • UPS and FedEx packages are delivered to the Receiving Station first, and then brought up to us. Just like with the USPS packages, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your packages is scanned in at our location.
  • These e-mail notifications will come from no-reply@pb.com and will show up as “Student Center Mail Office”. Check your spam/clutter; sometimes they get sent there! (We highly recommend linking your e-mail account with your smartphone in order to receive the notification as soon as your package is scanned. For assistance with this, please contact Technology Services.)
